Shipping Information

We know you are eager to start supporting your nerve health, so we work hard to get your order out the door quickly. Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday are processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking details once it ships.

We offer two shipping options at checkout:

• Standard Shipping (USPS): Typically arrives within three to five (3–5) business days after your order ships.
• Expedited Shipping (FedEx / UPS): Typically arrives within one to two (1–2) business days after your order ships.

Delivery time frames are estimates based on the carrier and your destination, and begin once your order has shipped rather than when it is placed. While we do everything on our end to ship promptly, actual delivery times may vary due to carrier volume, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

As soon as your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation that includes your tracking number and a link to follow your package. Please allow a little time for the carrier to scan your package and for tracking information to update after you receive the email. We proudly ship throughout the United States, including all 50 states, as well as internationally to many countries. International orders may be subject to customs processing, import duties, and taxes determined by the destination country; any such fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price you pay at checkout. International delivery times may be longer than domestic estimates due to customs clearance.
